Prop 65

California has passed a strict law that requires a cancer warning on any products that contain phthalates, called Proposition (or Prop) 65. Phthalates are chemicals that make plastics flexible. They can be found in many common products, such as vinyl, PVC, paints, inks, adhesives, etc. If you look carefully, you will find this warning popping up on thousands of products.
